Returns, Exhanges & Refunds

Returns & Exchanges – We do not accept returns or exchanges on our jewellery items due to hygiene reasons. Returns for any other items within 14 days of receipt are accepted however we can only grant a refund if the item/s in question is/are fully in tact, i.e., no marks, scratches or damage of any description and have the original packaging present.

Faulty Items - If you have received a faulty item please contact us in the first instance using our email address mail@madewivlove.co.uk letting us know what the fault is and if possible sending some photographs for reference.
